Since 21 July (Japan time), I have not received any response from your math
recognition server 'cloud.myscript.com' . Therefore I cannnot use math recognition.
However, the demo server 'webdemoapi.myscript.com' is able to perform the math
recognition process normally.
If there is any trouble with the recognition server, please let us know when it will
be restored.

We also communicated to MS. Tanaka from the ICT department that the situation is back to the normal.

Our team is working on fixing the issue.
On your side, could you please, indicate the email address of the account that you are using to perform your math recognition?

I am an engineer, and it is not a good idea to write my company's contractual email address in this forum.
So, I would like to convey this message to MyScript support.
If possible, could you please give me the email address of the support?
