How to convert a stroke as a graphics without recognizing a stroke as a character in the diagram mode

I am developing applications using Android's Interactive Ink.

I'd like to convert all the strokes written in diagram mode to graphics.

For example, when writing "a" stroke, I want to convert it as a line instead of a character.

Is there a way to convert it as a graphics without recognizing the stroke as a character in diagram mode?

Dear Kousuke Fujii San,

With the diagram mode in iink SDK, it is not possible to force graphics recognition only.

We have no easy workaround for such use-case.

Olivier

Dear Olivier.

Thank you for your reply.

Is there a workaround if it is difficult?

There are two questions.

(1)Can not it be realized by deleting character recognition libraries?

(2)Is it possible to prioritize figure recognition over character recognition?

If possible, can not it be realized with that?

Dear Kousuke Fujii,

the only solution to not recognize text would consist in removing the text resources.

This has not been tested and we cannot guarantee it will work fine.

Olivier

Dear Olivier.

Thank you for your reply.

I tried deleting the text resource, but it was not recognized and it was not converted.

Is it possible to create my own character recognition library?

For example, a character recognition library that recognizes only "a".

Dear Kousuke Fujii,

To create a library that only recognizes "a", you should create a subset knowledge that only contains the "a", and set it accordingly: https://developer-support.myscript.com/support/discussions/topics/16000020936
