Empty cartridge.

Hi.


I'd like you to confirm how to set the limitation.

Currently, we use CDK.

And I updated my account and got subscription.

But, the "empty cartridge" exception is happened.

(Not only via my system, but also via your dashboard.)


Besides, from "Cloud recognition" setting, I set "Suspend service at:".

But when it is saved, it is always 0.


Could you tell me how to set the limitation?

At least, I think that we should be able to use by 2000 requests.
