Indeed, the pencil picker is part of Nebo and the source code is not provided in the iink. You should then implement it by yourself.

i try your Interactive Ink SDK with your Reference Implementation.
Everything works very well.
But what we are missing is the color and pencil picker from your app from the iOS AppStore.
Is this feature missing in your Reference Implementation?

Indeed, the pencil picker is part of Nebo and the source code is not provided in the iink. You should then implement it by yourself.
In order to set the color of the pen, you have 2 possibilities, either setting the theme or using the dynamic styles: https://developer.myscript.com/docs/interactive-ink/1.3/android/fundamentals/styling/
