this can be done in post-treatement, i.e. when "too" is not expected, you get the text result, replace by yourself the too by 100.
Nevertheless, this kind of behavior is more likely to be caused by a bad ink quality. Indeed, if 100 is properly written, there is not reason it is not recognized.
