Thank you for your question.
As explained in this part of the documentation, by default myscript-math-web exports the content in LaTeX every time strokes are recognized. (You might choose another format according to your needs as described in the documentation.)
Thus if you display the "raw" result of the export you will get the LaTeX string corresponding to your recognition content, as you have in your application.
The demo uses the katex component to render this LaTeX string as HTML, this is the reason why the displayed result is different than your application.
For a better understanding, you can check the following "Handle exports" example and check the corresponding source code.
