Currently, implementing the myscript-math-web in Vue will be difficult, as it was not designed for it.
As the myscript-math-web is no logner maintained, instead we recommend you use the MyScriptJS which contains samples to integrate it with Vue: https://github.com/MyScript/web-integration-samples/tree/master/vue-integration-examples
