Different languages for different ContentBlocks in the same Part

Hello,
I have another question about setting languages.
We can set the language when creating a Part, but is it possible to create multiple ContentBlocks having different languages in the same Part (I am thinking about a Text Document having multiple Text blocks)? Or is the language set only at Part level, gets assigned to the blocks in the part and cannot be changed at the block level?
Thank you!
P.S. Reference to changing the language of a part if someone else is interested in this topic.
Currently, the language is set at the editor level, when setting the part to the editor. It is therefore not possible to have several languages for one editor.
Best regards,
Olivier
