I am developing an application using text. Recently, even if I press the convert button, the word does not move to the left edge and is displayed in the middle. In addition, the ruled lines disappear, are displayed, and are not stable. What is the cause?

Dear John,
thank you for contacting us and your question.
First, which version of the iink are you using: the iOS, Android, web? If web, are you using the iinkJS? Are you using/did you update to the latest 1.4 release of the iink? Or it is happening with the 1.3 release? Or after update? Did you do any change in your code?
This is indeed puzzling, as in a "Text" part, the converted text is displayed at the top-left. Aren't you in a "Text Document", "Diagram" or any other part than the "Text" one?
Would you have a video (or ideally a project), so that we can understand what is happening?
Thank you,
Best regards,
Olivier
