If there is any FILE kindly share it or CSS or SCRIPT lines additionally need to add in the index.html to make my prepared format like yours.

Thank you so much for your response, I have tried but not getting the exact line of the SCRIPT or CSS. First I need to tell you I'm a student, I don't know the coding language, I kindly request you if possible tell me the lines which I need to add in my index.html file or if possible kindly mail me any demo file of your for Math (https://webdemo.myscript.com/views/math/index.html). I will help me a lot if you share any source file. I'm trying this from the past two days, can you please as possible share the script or css or file to the email (nadeem0439[at]gmail.com).

I tried to make a myscript math, but I'm not getting it look like myscriptmath demo.
I followed these steps as per your guidelines:
Step1: npm init
Step2: npm install myscript-math-web
Step3: preparing index.html
Step4: polymer serve
Finally I got the output like the Image enclosed
But I need this format MATH "https://webdemo.myscript.com/views/math/index.html#" (Kindly Look at the red color marked border)
Kindly tell me, How I can make like this "https://webdemo.myscript.com/views/math/index.html#", If there is any FILE kindly share it or CSS or SCRIPT lines additionally need to add in the index.html to make my prepared format like yours.
In my prepared format not showing the fields like MATH, LATEX, MATHML & THE DESMOS GRAPH
As possible tell me how can I make this additional features, I mainly needed LATEX.
