How to return the stokes with the recognized math text? is there any specific configuration for it?

Thank you for contacting us.
In order to have the strokes, you shall export as JIIX, ensuring the "export.jiix.strokes" configuration is set (it is by default): https://developer.myscript.com/docs/interactive-ink/1.4/reference/configuration/#general
Please note the strokes will not be in "pixels" but milimeters (i.e. based on the ink resolution you provide, the ink is converted from pixels to milimeters).
