Dear Safwan,

My aplogies, as I told you a mistake: indeed, the MyScript technology supports the "-" at the end of the line. This feature cannot be deactivated.

note:
i have retrived the strokes from myscript then i did drawing

this what my script recognized per line

first line "Molyneux's Suggestion that"

second line "the extinction of he Irish elk"

third and forth and fifth "was due to plague is perhaps a similar piece of opportunism. It is the type of explanation"
as you see here myscript did not detected the dash "-" and not segment the lines

sixth line "involved in explaining wet summers"

and last line "by atom-bomb explosions."

so what is the case here ?

Dear Safwan,

Thank you for your question

no, this feature is  not available with the MyScript technology.

If a dash is drawn, it will be recognized "as-is", but no other action will be done.

Olivier
