What is the IP, domain name and port used for your authentication certificate?
Currently used: atk.myscript.com:443 ,ip 35.167.175.31
But now the certificate is invalid. What's going on? We need to add the IP access to the network to the white list

Furthermore, I checked your console and confirm that you have successfully activated some licenses in the last few days.
The invalid certificate is probably due to some users for which devices have reached the 30 day grace period without having an internet connection.
