Recently, two users of my product have feedback to identify and cannot be used. After the inquiry log found that I have reported illegal certificates when creating an engine. In the first user, Note app, tried five times, the second user keyboard, tried ten times, his network was normal.

thank you for contacting us.
I checked your console and did not notice any error message. Most likely the issue is that the user either doesn't have a valid internet connection or cannot connect to "atk.myscript.com" (in some cases, firewalls can prevent from accessing certain URLs).
