iink SDK on Device

Native iink 4.5.1 synthetic-only Android x86_64 evaluation

We are considering one internal synthetic-ink preflight of SDK 4.5.1 on an Android x86_64 emulator, using Text Recognizer, standard en_US resources and a compiled digits-only Text SK (0123456789). No family handwriting or deployment is involved.

Could you confirm:

1. What ink, recognised text, diagnostic and usage data this native setup transmits or makes accessible, and how V8 §18.3 express permission applies? Can input sharing be disabled while retaining licence activation, and how should synthetic-only evaluation be configured?

2. Is Text Recognizer supported on Android x86_64 in 4.5.1, and is the portal Text SK compiler available under the 25-runtime developer allowance for the stated en_US configuration?

3. How do emulator reinstall, wipe, recreation and snapshot restore consume licences? After initial activation, what network connections recur, and what are the current offline limits? Older support replies describe a one-time connection; does that still apply to 4.5.1/V8?

Please identify any additional entitlement, cost or restriction before we register/activate this separate test application. We can supply no handwriting samples with this enquiry.
