Restrict recognition of numerals
Dear Emily,
thank you for contacting us.
Currently, the solution is that you create a subset knowledge,that is to recognize only the characters that belong to the latter:
From this, you understand you shall proceed as follows:
-Create a UTF-8 text file
-Add all the characters you can to be able to reocgnize.
-Drop it into our resource builder tool: https://developer.myscript.com/support/recognition-assets
You can then download the compiled res file and add it to your application and configuration.

I have created a sk file and the res file and uploaded it to the resources section. In code, I am also sending the custom resources name in configuration object but still getting numbers so could you please help me out.
Note:-

If Cloud, can we have your request?
If Native, how did you set your configuration? Did you add properly your .res file in the assets of your project?

Can we get a contact phone number and/or email address for support?.... We waited nearly 2 weeks for a reply here and we cannot wait this long in the future. We will have to switch to another service if this is the case for support.

I am having an issue while writing the "oo" text it is giving me 00 as a numeral output So I wanted to restrict the recognition numerals. Please let me know how we can restrict the numerals recognition.
