Network issues

For nearly a week now we have been seeing sporadic connection errors with the iink web recognition. We've written a nodejs proxy API which takes the client requests and sends them on, this is hosted in Azure App Service.

Is this a known issue at MyScript servers? I cannot find any status page.

Our team has fixed the issue, and the cloud.myscript.com V4 is now back to the normal.
