iink SDK on Device

Answered

Requests Pricing

Hi Team,Kindly clarify us in detail on the below queries.

Actually i have used iinkSDK for iOS device.

Can we create an "N" number of accounts per certificate?

How does the user will be intimated after completion of the free request? Will the certificate throws an error?

Will the application stops conversion if the free request is over?

On cross over of first free 2000 request? How does the billing work?

How does the payment works? Do we need to pay in advance for the requests? or will it be calculated on monthly basis?

Dear Kannan,

thank you for contacting us and your questions related to pricing.

In the current post, you are referring to both the native iink SDK and the iink cloud.

For the native iink SDK:
First, I recommend you refer to the following post, that explains how to use the iink native certificate: https://developer-support.myscript.com/support/discussions/topics/16000029723

Can we create an "N" number of accounts per certificate?
There is no limit in the number of devices that can use a given certificate. You just need to ensure you purchased enough licenses to use the native iink SDK.

For the web iink API, I recommend you refer to the Cloud recognition part of the pricing page: https://developer.myscript.com/pricing

How does the user will be intimated after completion of the free request? Will the certificate throws an error?
>>By default, if no credit card was registered, when reaching 2000 requests/month, the request will not be processed and an error message will be sent

Will the application stops conversion if the free request is over?
>>No response will be returned

On cross over of first free 2000 request?
>>If a credit card was registered, it will be transparent for your users.

How does the billing work?
>>Each 1000 requests are charged 10$ ; above 500k requests/month, you shall contact our sales team (https://developer.myscript.com/contact/quote-cloud-hwr)

How does the payment works?
>>You shall register a credit card on our developer portal

Do we need to pay in advance for the requests? or will it be calculated on monthly basis?
>>At the end of each month month, based on number of requests that were done during the month, the number of 1k requests pack is counted, and we charge your registered credit card.

Best regards,

Olivier
