Dear user,

Thank you for your update.

Do you mean migrate to 1.5.1 that was released last week?

If you don't need the interactivity, disabling the gestures with the configuration gesture.enable to false, might indeed help solving your issue.

Best regards,

Gwenaëlle

Dear Fulltek,

as said by Gwenaëlle, we recommend you update to the latest 1.5.1 release: the latter comes with enhanced accuracy, new features, bug corrections.

Also, please note no support will be brought to older versions.

Best regards,

Olivier

I migrated 1.1.0 to 1.3.1,

then disabling the gestures with the configuration gesture.enable to false

thank you for your reply,
Currently I migrate iink SDK to 1.3.1+,
And set the configuration gesture.enable to false,
Scratch gesture will be avoided to erase , .

Dear User,

Thank you for contacting us.

In the video, it seems that the character that disappears is due to the stroke being detected as a scratch gesture, so the character is erased:

Could you, please, share with us the part type and the configuration that you are using?

Best regards,

Gwenaëlle
