I could not login, it says Session Expired at the following page,

We were able to identify the issue. The reason is that you have two accounts with the same email address:
-One older account, which I created for you in August 2013.
-The latest account you created on the dev portal on November 2015.
When requesting a new activation recently, both accounts are conflicting.
To go around this issue, we recommend you create an account with another email address.
