We are using iOS WKWebView to display MyScript Math App, but on iOS 9 (tested 9.1 and 9.3) it does not work.
I also tried to load web demo (https://webdemo.myscript.com/views/main/math.html) on mobile Safari in iOS 9 simulators (haven't yet tried real device, but probably it is the same).
thank you for contacting us.
When you say it doesn't work, is it possible to have more information? How did you implement it? Are there any error messages? Is it working on other flavors of iOS? What are you doing exactly?
Indeed, the current information doesn't help much.
It just does not load on mobile Safari.
1. I open mobile Safari on iPhone/iPad iOS 9 (tested on simulators)
2. I go to https://webdemo.myscript.com/views/main/math.html
3. Page loads, but I cannot do anything, page is stuck and I cannot draw (I do not see loading indicator neither), on iOS 10/11/12 it loads and works normally in mobile Safari.
Indeed, our web components cannot run on iOS 9, which is the reason why the webdemo cannot run on this latter.
As iOS 9 usage is decreasing day after day, we do not plan to support it.
Thank you for your response, yes, I see 16.56% usage of iOS9 right now.
