If I understand well, you would like the timestamp or the duration time wwhen a part is created? What is the exact purpose, as I do not see why you would need this?
Currently, we do not provide with an API for such pupose.
If you want to get the system time when creating a part, maybe you can call the Calendar.getInstance().getTime(); function?
