Dear Jing Chen,

Thank you for contacting us and your question.

Currently, I checked your console and do not see any error message, but saw an application was activated on 2 devices. Can you confirm you could start an application (maybe the default code samples)?

Regarding the error message by itself, is it occurring when creating a new application? If so, do you have an internet connection available? Is the identifier of your certificate aligned with the package name that can be found in the AndroidManifest.xml https://developer.myscript.com/support/account/on-device-license-management/#on-device-dashboard ?

Best regards,

Olivier

Thank you so much for identifying the issue! It is resolved after creating a new certificate which aligns with the package name
