Can you let me know when does a licence get activated ?
Is it the following statement ?
Engine.create(MyCertificate.getBytes());

thank you for the precision. Indeed, if you want to prevent some users from using the iink, this is the way to proceed.
License is indeed discounted when creating the engine at the first startup.

We are currently a bit puzzled by your question?
Is there a reason you want to know when license creation is requested?
Basically in our app we dont want the license to be activated for all the users.
Only if they are paying for the service we would like it to be activated.
